ثریا محتسب زاده
ثریا محتسب زاده، زاده ی سال ۱۳۵۵ در هرات، افغانستان، از فارغ التحصیلان لیسه امیر علی شیر نوایی و دارنده ی مدرک حقوق و علوم سیاسی است. فعالیت حرفه ای خود را با همکاری در روزنامه ی اتفاق اسلام، زیر نظر ریاست عمومی اطلاعات و فرهنگ، آغاز کرد. او سه سال به طور افتخاری مسئول صفحه ی زن بود و عضویت انجمن ادبی هرات را در کارنامه ی خود دارد. محتسبزاده در سال ۱۳۸۵ با انتشار رمان «گمشده» وارد عرصهی نویسندگی شد و با چاپ مجموعه داستان کوتاه «قربانی اول» به مسیر خود ادامه داد. اما عشق عمیق او به ادبیات کودک و نیاز جامعه افغانستان به کتابهای کودکان، او را بر آن داشت تا در سال ۱۳۸۸ مجله ی «سلام سلام بچهها» را تأسیس کند؛ نشریهای که با محتوای آموزشی، رشد فکری، و ترویج فرهنگ کتابخوانی جایگاهی ویژه در میان کودکان و نوجوانان پیدا کرد. او طی این دوران ۱۷ شماره از این مجله و ۱۴ عنوان کتاب داستان و آموزشی به زبانهای دری و پشتو منتشر کرد و با دریافت «قلم طلایی» جایگاه ویژه ای در عرصه فرهنگی افغانستان یافت. محتسب زاده همچنین با خلق برنامههای فرهنگی و آموزشی چون برگزاری مسابقات نقاشی کودکان، نمایشگاه های ادبی، و جشن های مرتبط با روز جهانی کودک، تأثیرات عمیقی بر جامعه ی کودک و نوجوان افغانستان گذاشته است. از دستاوردهای برجستهی او میتوان به تولید و کارگردانی ۶۰ قسمت برنامهی تلویزیونی (سبق) اشاره کرد؛ برنامهای آموزشی به زبان انگلیسی که از تلویزیون جهانی خورشید پخش گردید. در سال ۱۳۹۲ او با دریافت مجوز رسمی، موسسهی حمایت نسل افغان (AGSO) را بنیان نهاد. این موسسه، با هدف ترویج فرهنگ کتابخوانی و حمایت از نسل جوان افغانستان، برنامههای متعددی در راستای رشد فکری کودکان، کمک به معلولین، بیماران روانی و کاهش تبعیضات جنسیتی اجرا کرد. محتسب زاده مدت مدیدی عضو بورد مشورتی معارف هرات بوده و با کتابخانه آنلاین «درخت دانش» در کانادا نیز همکاری میکند و بعضی آثار خود را رایگان در اختیار علاقه مندان قرار داده است. او در سال ۲۰۲۳ به آمریکا مهاجرت کرده است و همچنان آثار جدیدی برای کودکان و نوجوانان آماده چاپ و نشر دارد
Suraya Mohtasebzada
Suraya Mohtasebzada, born in 1976 in Herat, Afghanistan, is a graduate of Amir Ali Shir Nawayee High School and holds a degree in law and political science. She began her professional career by collaborating with the Etefaq-e-Islam newspaper. For three years, she voluntarily managed the newspaper’s women’s section and was an active member of the Herat Literary Association.In 2006, Mohtasebzada entered the literary scene with the publication of her novel “The Lost One”. She further established her career with the release of a short story collection titled “The First Sacrifice”. However, her deep passion for children’s literature and the pressing need for children’s books in Afghanistan inspired her to launch the Salam Salam Bacha Ha magazine, in 2009. This publication, aimed at fostering education, intellectual growth, and a culture of reading, gained significant recognition among children and teenagers. Over the years, she published 17 issues of the magazine and 14 story and educational books in Dari and Pashto languages, earning the prestigious “Golden Pen” award for her outstanding contributions to Afghanistan’s cultural landscape.Mohtasebzada also made a profound impact on Afghan children and adolescents through cultural and educational initiatives, including organizing children’s drawing competitions, literary exhibitions, and events celebrating International Children’s Day. One of her notable achievements was producing and directing 60 episodes of “Sabaq,” an English-language educational television program broadcast on Khurshid Global TV.In 2013, she founded the Afghan Generation Support Organization “AGSO” after receiving official authorization. The organization aimed to promote reading culture and support Afghanistan’s youth by implementing programs focused on children’s intellectual development, aiding individuals with disabilities, and reducing gender disparities.Mohtasebzada has served as an advisory board member for Herat’s education system and collaborated with online library “Darakht-e-Danesh,” making her works freely available to readers. In 2023, she migrated to the United States, where she continues to passionately prepare new works for children and teenagers.
