سلام سلام بچهها: برای کودکان، برای فرهنگ، برای آینده
تاریخچه و بنیان گذاری
مؤسسه سلام سلام بچهها در سال ۲۰۰۹ در هرات، افغانستان، توسط ثریا محتسب زاده، نویسنده، کارآفرین و فعال حقوق زنان تأسیس شد. این مؤسسه در ابتدا به عنوان مجلهای آموزشی، تربیتی و سرگرمی برای کودکان و نوجوانان آغاز به کار کرد. محتسب زاده با قلمی جسور و امیدی شکست ناپذیر، سفری بیباکانه را آغاز نمود.
مأموریت او حمایت از حقوق کودکان و نوجوانان و پرورش ادبیات و فرهنگ در جامعهای بود که ادبیات کودک کمتر مورد توجه قرار داشت. با انتشار مجله ی سلام سلام بچهها و بیش از ۱۴ سال تلاش بی وقفه، او عشق بی پایان خود را به کودکان و نقش مهم آنها در ساختن آینده نشان داد. محتسب زاده باور دارد که سرنوشت یک ملت در دستان کودکان و نسل جوانی است که روزی هدایت آن را بر عهده خواهند گرفت. به همین دلیل، ایجاد محیطی که در آن کودکان احساس ارزشمندی و شنیده شدن کنند، نه .تنها مهم بلکه ضروری است

Salam Salam Bacha Ha: for Children, Culture, and the Future
History and Foundation
Salam Salam Bacha Ha is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 in Herat, Afghanistan, by Suraya Mohtasebzada, a writer, entrepreneur, and women’s rights activist. The organization began as an educational and entertainment magazine for children and adolescents. With her bold vision and unyielding determination, Mohtasebzada embarked on a journey to promote children’s literature, empower the younger generation, and address Afghan society’s cultural and social needs.
Her mission was clear: to support the rights of children and adolescents, cultivate a love for literature, and create an environment where children feel valued and heard. Over time, the organization expanded its goals and activities to include initiatives that empower women, enhance cultural understanding, and address societal challenges.

Achievements and Contributions
Throughout its history, Salam Salam Bacha Ha has profoundly impacted children’s lives and their cultural and literary identity development. Some of its notable achievements include:
- Publishing 17 Salam Salam Bacha Ha magazine issues and 15 book titles in Dari and Pashto.
- Hosting major events such as Pen Day, International Children’s Day, and Children’s Book Day to promote literacy and cultural engagement.
- Successfully advocating for the recognition of Pen Day in Afghanistan’s official calendar.
- Launching the Little Painters Program, where children painted their visions of peace, culminating in a public exhibition.
- Organizing writing competitions, book fairs, and seminars to raise awareness about issues such as violence against women.
- Supporting orphans by celebrating their birthdays and fostering a sense of inclusion and joy.
- Providing sponsorship for the Omid Farda Sports Club for eight months.
- Assisting individuals with mental health challenges through targeted programs.
- Producing a 60-episode educational television series to teach the Englishlanguage.
- Distributing more than 20,000 free books to schools and communities acrossAfghanistan.
- Donating over 500 wheelchairs to individuals with disabilities, ensuring greater accessibility and independence.
ثریا محتسبزاده، مدیر مسئول مؤسسه، به پاس تلاشهای درخشان خود در ادبیات کودکان و نوجوانان و حمایت از فرهنگ، موفق به دریافت جایزه قلم طلایی بهعنوان بهترین نویسنده ادبیات کودک شد.
Suraya Mohtasebzada, the organization’s founder and director, received the prestigious Golden Pen Award for her outstanding contributions to children’s literature and her commitment to cultural development.
A New Mission: Reviving Hope and Heritage
In its ongoing journey, Salam Salam Bacha Ha has adopted a new mission to address the evolving needs of Afghan communities, particularly among migrant families. The organization is now focusing on educational programs to promote the Farsi-Dari language among children of the diaspora, combating the loss of linguistic and cultural heritage.
As generations become more distanced from their homeland, Salam Salam Bacha Ha works tirelessly to preserve vital connections to language and culture. The organization’s efforts aim not only to safeguard the Persian language but also to reinforce the cultural identity and unity of Afghan communities worldwide.
یک مأموریت جدید: احیا با هدفی تازه
سلام سلام بچهها با مأموریتی تازه بازگشته است؛ مأموریتی که همچنان بر تعهد به کودکان، نوجوانان و زنان استوار است. این مؤسسه اکنون بر ساخت برنامهای آموزشی تمرکز دارد که زبان فارسی را در میان کودکان مهاجر ترویج دهد و با چالش فراموشی این زبان مقابله کند.
با فاصله گرفتن از وطن و قطع ارتباط نسلها از میراث زبانی و فرهنگی، سلام سلام بچهها در تلاش است تا این پیوند حیاتی را حفظ کند. مأموریت ما نهتنها پاسداشت زبان .فارسی است، بلکه تقویت روابط فرهنگی و هویتیای است که جوامع افغان را در نسلهای مختلف به هم متصل میکند
